Our Medical Alert system Monitoring station is UL approved within a secure facility with back-ups of power, phone lines, communications and computer systems. When your call comes in, out specially trained operators will have your full medical history in front of them as well as any special instructions and call list of persons to be notified in the event of a medical emergency.

Our Central Station was designed around todays 2-way voice and is currently being redesigned to integrate our next generation of Medical Alert Technology, GPS...

 

In the event of an emergency...

When an alarm is activated, our 24 hour Medical Monitoring Center will know exactly who you are and will have all the necessary information regarding your medical history. They will determine the situation and immediately take action. Assistance is dispatched immediately if the subscriber is unable to answer the phone or respond over your voice unit to our operators.


The Central Station will dispatch emergency service, a neighbor or relative or depending on your needs.
In a dire emergency, we will stay in constant voice contact with you during this crisis until help has arrived.

Our ProtectSeniors units perform a self-test monthly to ensure equipment and communications are fully operational and ready to respond during a moment of crisis.

 

Daily Check-ups...

Need to ensure that everything is fine every day? If our system does not receive a signal from the user within a pre-defined window of time, A medical operator will call the subscriber, and to see if there is any help we can provide. Just this friendly call can add additional peace of mind.
